You can distribute Salesforce records to agents using our round-robin enrichments:
Standard Round Robin:
1. Search for "Distribute Leads Round Robin" enrichment
2. Add agent names as assignment labels
3. Optionally add Salesforce IDs as associated values
4. Run the enrichment to get assigned agent and their ID
Weighted Round Robin:
1. Search for "Distribute Leads Weighted Round Robin" enrichment
2. Select a reps table with agent names, weights, and active status
3. Configure active reps view and map columns
4. This allows proportional distribution based on weights
Both methods output the assigned agent label and associated Salesforce ID for easy record assignment.
