Issues with ZoomInfo Connection and Account Sign-In Problems

Is there a known issue with the ZoomInfo connection, or connections in general? I successfully used the ZoomInfo enrichment last week. Today when I try to set it up I am prompted for account sign-in. The existing connection does not show up. When I go into my connections settings there is a ZoomInfo connection, but it does not show up when I try to setup the enrichment column.

Hi - Jon Y. Go to Connection Settings Delete the ZoomInfo connection Reconnect it by signing in again Clear browser cache or use Incognito Mode Try setting up the enrichment column again If it still doesn’t show, contact platform support could be a temporary issue

This usually happens if the connection token expires. Try removing the ZoomInfo connection from your settings and reconnecting that should make it appear again for enrichment. If it still doesn’t show up, I can help you troubleshoot.
