Hey Clay team! My subscription just renewed, however I’d like to upgrade but when I go to purchase the upgrade it makes me pay full price even though I’ve just renewed for $150. I want to upgrade to the $350 package so you’d think it would charge me $200?

Hi Leandre! Happy to help! We don’t prorate costs or credits for plan upgrades (except for one-off credit packages). Upgrading gives you the full set of credits for the new plan. For example, moving from Starter to Explorer provides all Explorer credits. Our team is reviewing this and may implement changes in future updates. If you’ve upgraded or are looking to, we can refund the lower plan so you can buy the higher plan. Let us know if you'd like to proceed!

Once you’ve done that, simply start a new ticket with your workspace URL, and we’ll process the refund for your current Starter plan.
