I'm trying to follow Eric's Recruiting playbook where he finds ppl that have left a company within 3 months and approaches those companies for augmentation.
The problem I'm facing is if a person has left google 3 months ago and started working elsewhere, even google will trickle down our list.
and we don't want to reach out to google.(or any company with over 1000+ emp)
We could obviously burn through our credits and only reach out to companies with lesser employee count by running our search through the entire list - but the burn is too much.
I already had to use 900+ credits to get a list size of 80 people.
Is there any other alternative?
