How to Change File Export Settings to Fix Special Character Display Issue

Can I change how files are exported, this is an example of special characters that appear fine in clay but not when exported: Uppsala Bern Neukirchen An Der VÃ¶ckla Wolverhampton Mannheim Munich New York City KÃ¶ln ^^ supposed to be Köln for example

I would try a formula to remove any accent before exporting
