Missing People from Find People from Company

Missing People from Find People from Company Added this company to my Company Table https://www.linkedin.com/company/quadrant-private-equity-pty-limited/ Ran the enrich company Then ran the "Find People" The company shows 33 people on LinkedIn - but Clay only returned 5 into the people table How do I get Clay to find the rest of the people (I Have tried putting their personal LI URLs into another table in Clay, and it enriches them fine - so its not a "Private Profile" issue It just seems to miss that these people are at that company Any clues?

so .. a) I still only see 5 b) Table is "ON" I appreciate that this is via an API to a 3rd party and that transitory failures happen. My question is a) How do I know that my table is incomplete (without having to check manually) b) If a task failed (like this one), how come, with the table "ON" it is not re-running to recover Then there is also the question of credits - if I am doing this at scale and running 1,000s of companies, for which I am using credits, if the results are not complete and I have to re-run stuff, do I get charged a 2nd time?

Hey Ian, having the same issue with the finder not returning all the profiles. Have you had any luck solving this?

Sorry for the delay! So I reported this to the team and they are checking it out. Will ask what else may be the issue, keeping in mind that our tools could miss a few because they don't have access to cookies or active sessions to scrape LI, since the amount of missing profiles was concerning.

Ian M., QQ? Were you looking to find all the people at those companies or just the specific titles you had in your search?

Arturo O. - hope ou had a great thanksgiving.!! I was looking for (most) the people, we had some exclusion words in the job title eg executive assistant but it was not returning the right number of people with that taken into consideration.

(Side question - where can I see/edit the search parameters after it has run ?

Great question! We don't currently have the option to update a previous search but already submitted a request for this since it came up frequently. No ETA on that yet so for now the best way is to generate a new search. Also, to address the previous inquiry. Just verified why some people aren't being imported compared to when they're found separately... When searches are automated in such a way (New Company -> Find People auto-runs with your search parameters) we have a backend auto-import limit of up to 5 people for each company. That limit is to prevent huge imports from queuing up where companies may have 1000, 5000, or any huge amount of employees.
