Troubleshooting ChatGPT Column with Conditional Logic Issues

Column "Cold Email Intros". When I put no conditional logic, it runs. When I put conditional logic, even those the conditions appear to be met, it does not run.
This is true of other columns in the table.

it seems when I put logic around "Case Study Summary" is or is not empty, that stops the columns from running regardless of the contents of the cell.
this is true of the SmartLead columns as well.
Hey there Bryan thanks for reaching out, taking a look the rows in the Smartlead column, these are not running due to the Stale data that is in the "Cold Emails Intros" column. In the screenshot below you will notice that I am pointing to the row that mentions "SCULPTOS", this was a stale row that I re-ran and the Smartlead's column immediately ran once it finished. yes that is also happening on my end. let me be more specific on the issue which is that columns are not running even when the conditional logic appears to be met. For these two columns: "Cold Email Intros", "Add Lead to Revenue Opportunity", I only want them to run when "Validated Work Email" is not empty, and "Case Study Summary" is empty. As such, I have added the appropriate logic screenshotted below to both of these columns. The issue is that both "Cold Email Intros", "Add Lead to Revenue Opportunity" have not run and are returning "Run Condition Not Met" even thought (as far as I can tell) "Validated Work Email" is not empty, and "Case Study Summary" is empty. Below are a chunk of rows the meet the above criteria.
I am trying to click the "play" button on cells in "Cold Email Intros" where the conditional logic is met, and nothing is happening.
