Hi support. We're only getting 1 result for this Find Job search with just these 2 parameters. We're getting 4k+ results when we do the same search on LinkedIn. Any ideas why? Thanks

Hi Joessa, thanks for reaching out. Taking a look here.
Thanks for reaching out! Happy to help. Could you kindly send me a link to the Clay table you're working in? I'll take a look at you setup parameters here. Results from the jobs search typically get impacted by the following instances: 1. Inputting semantic search parameters instead of syntactic search: A limited set of job title keywords applied to the role being targeted. Our search algorithms are based on syntactic search, which means you must include every variation of the job titles you're looking for (e.g., "Product Manager" and "PM"). When this happens, some relevant job postings may be missed because they were not included in the search query. Could you share a bit more info about the job titles you're searching for? It will help to include a variety of related keywords. For example, including keywords related to sustainability, such as ESG, CSR, or Corporate Social Responsibility. For a Digital Product Passport role, you could use keywords like product compliance or digital asset management. 2. Mapping the wrong inputs in job filters: For example, not mapping the correct fields from the company table, which could affect the accuracy of job searches. 3. Search limits applied to job search results: This limits the number of job listings that can be imported from a search. I hope this was helpful. If there's anything else I can assist you with, please let me know!
Hi Bruno. Thanks for your input! Here's the Clay table: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/285280/tables/t_3JGq47V7Tjfp/views/gv_6crXqC8rrFCd
We're looking for 'Executive Directors Senior Living' in the United States. If I do a similar search on LinkedIn, there's definitely more than 1 result.
2. I don't have a company list or a Clay table tied to the search
3. I set search limit to 0
Hey Joessa, thanks for reaching out! 😊 I went ahead and tried the search again, using search operators like quotation marks (””). LinkedIn works like our search with the blue pill when you use those quotation marks since it'll be isolating the exact phrases when you use quotation marks. This means it searches for the exact words or phrases in the same order. However, I wasn’t able to find any jobs under those specific search parameters. One suggestion could be to widen the search a bit and then use exclusions to filter out the roles that don’t fit. For example, you could search for Senior Living and then exclude titles like driver, sales, etc., to narrow it down to what you’re looking for. Let me know if that helps, or if you’d like me to walk you through adjusting the search! https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1205400169/cb7eda8a8ec6e9ee8d7eb12ef70a/CleanShot+2024-10-05+at+_30wlC24Let%402x.png?expires=1728133200&signature=1e58d45f2ea2554e10735605466a1d377703312c549232b21a04f8c54ba58803&req=dSInE81%2BnYBZUPMW1HO4zVSJpMVyhOMtnRz983Jy8xx1AVuWzYbxMBrTeium%0A%2FycI%0A
