Is it expected that we will get fewer people in “find people” when working with Clay than directly with LI Sales Nav?

Yes, that's because the "find people" feature doesn't include private profiles.

You can use PhantomBuster to scrape Sales Navigator directly. However, please be careful if you're using your LinkedIn cookies for this as it puts your account at risk. I haven't scraped it for a while so I don't quite remember if the LinkedIn cookie was a must. About the planning stuff - I'm not on the Clay team so I don't know if there's plan to do something about it inside the app.
