Fixing Errors with De-Dupe Feature Using Google Maps API

I have been getting consistent erros with the de-dupe feature. My use case is i have taken the domains from my CRM in placed them in the domain column, and when i use the Google maps API search it takes those new domains and puts them in the same column, so in theory it will delete any new pull that is already in there (exclusion to avoid duplication). This has been workingwhen i manually include duplicates. Is there a better way to do this or a fix/template? The main goal is that i simply do not want to pull companies with the google api that i already have.
