Understanding Model Access Limits with Anthropic API Key

What does this mean? We have an Anthropic API key. Some models we can choose, but some others we get this message.

That message means Claude 4.5 Sonnet requires your Anthropic API key to meet specific tier requirements that your current key doesn't have. [1]
For most AI features, you need Tier 4 or higher (≥400,000 TPM) on Anthropic to access certain models. Your API key might be on a lower tier, which is why some models work but others show that private key requirement. [2]
You can either upgrade your Anthropic API tier or use our Clay-managed account instead, which handles all the tier requirements automatically.

Hmm... we're using the same key in other projects with 4.5 sonnet perfectly fine

That's odd if it's working elsewhere. Clay has specific tier requirements that might be different from other platforms - we need Tier 4+ for Claude models in certain features like ClayGent. [1]
Try using Sculptor (top-right corner) to help diagnose this - it can analyze the specific error and suggest fixes. You could also try switching to our Clay-managed account temporarily to see if that resolves it, then we can troubleshoot your API key setup from there. [2]
