Trouble with LinkedIn Enrichment on LinkedURL Field - Profile Not Found | Clay Workspace

I have a LinkedURL field. I am trying to use the Enrich from LinkedIn enrichment, but it’s telling me there is no Profile found. Which, of course, I can see if incorrect: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/183442/tables/t_G9gFqNeiiGf2/views/gv_KYvAVp6CZTs8

This is likely because our LinkedIn integrations don't use your active session or cookies to find data on LinkedIn. The tradeoff is that it could miss some information here and there, especially if there are privacy restrictions in their profiles, meaning that you need to be logged into an account to see all the data, that could be a limitation set by LinkedIn or the person themselves. We're continuously working on these tools to improve coverage though!

this is the second time this week I’m getting this line, but the LinkedIn enrichment in Clay isn’t pulling in anything on anyone

it seems that a lot of the emails you are inputting into the LinkedIn profile enrichment are personal emails - this can make it more challenging to find the LinkedIn profile and consequently be missing inputs for the Enrich Person function (LI profile)

ugh. that’s not my issue. Most of the emails were able to be enriched with LinkedIn URLs. the issue is that then running LinkedIn Enrichment off of those LinkedIn URLs is failing for every single contacts.

The good news is that it’s running now, but the LinkedIn Enrich from Profile must have been broken in some way earlier today.
