    Hey Youssef! 😊 The issue you’re facing is due to manually deleting columns from the waterfall, which broke the column logic. To fix this: 1. Delete the current waterfall and add a new one to restore the column logic. 2. Next time, if you want to remove providers, edit the waterfall column by clicking on the email result column > Edit, and then remove the providers from there. Let me know how many credits were used, and I’d be happy to add them back for you! 😊

    Yes! Since the waterfall is broken, deleting and restarting it would be the most efficient approach. You could also use a formula to rematch the columns, but in this case, starting fresh would save more time and effort. Let me know if you need help with that! 😊
