is there a way I can filter all jobs by "remote" or "onsite"? other than filtering kw inside the job description?
Hi Nick, I'm afraid that the best way is using the keyword section for this.
Thanks Juan, when using an AI credit, to construct an email based on inputs, what's the best practice to avoid using up to many Use AI credits? I assume that it would be to prompt once for everything (subject line, opener, rest of the body ect) But I'm not sure if that's best for my flow, I plan to use Seamless for my outreach...
Make sure you are very accurate with your prompts to avoid rewriting and spending more credits, also run the first 10 rows at first to see the accuracy of the AI, this guide will be helpful: https://www.clay.com/aiguide
I would use one AI column to save credits, with subject line, opener, rest of the body... If you write the prompt properly it will not be an issue
OK but once the email is constructed from one prompt, how seamlessly can I export that to seamless.ai - would I need to do additional prompts to structure it before it goes into seamless.ai ?
you can integrate seamless with the http API: HTTP API integration. Quick video on how HTTP API works: https://www.loom.com/share/114ff06973bd4ed7985b32fa031be867 -Bonus! troubleshooting example of failed body parse issues: https://www.loom.com/share/678e4c40e8c14894a6cd53948176e434
Thanks, is it possible to test that integration on the clay starter plan?
and would the process be any different if I used Smartlead.ai for my outreach ?
with smartlead would be easier as there is already an integration
I just noticed though that you need to select where to get the subject from, body from ect on that integration, whats the workaround when the entire email content is stored in one cell as only one "use AI" credit was used...
You can split the text in different columns using formulas: Here's a video of how to Split or Combine names with formulas: https://www.loom.com/share/75cf18efe4bf47979c6b4868d1594e6c
is it possible to enrich from hubspot? I wanted to do a check to see if the emails are present there before trying Datagma ect and spending credits on that when I don't need to.... also if I've connected my openAI & datagma - will "use AI" and enrich from "datagma" still consume clay credits?
Hey Nick, happy to jump in!
You could create a filtered list in Hubspot where it only shows those that you'd like to enrich and import that into Clay. If you use your own API keys, you don't get charged Clay credits, but we don't currently have a way to switch back to Clay's key if your own API stops yet. A similar request was submitted recently, so hopefully the team can find a way to add that option
Thanks Arturo, could you give an example of how to lookup emails from my hubspot before finding emails using another enrichment on clay?
Sure, since that's more of a hubspot thing, I'd check what filters they have but pretty confident they should have one to check if your contacts have an email or not. Then you can create a filtered list in Hubspot with just those contacts and import it into Clay to enrich. Otherwise, if you just import the entire list, you can still give the email finder like Datagma, the conditional formula so it only runs if the email field/property is empty.
ahh I get you, I've created the play straight from Clay, and wanted to enrich the email only if I don't already have the data elsewhere (hubspot), seems a shame to spend credits on emails I might already have.
Ah, okay, thanks for clarifying. I thought you were trying to import and enrich contacts you had in Hubspot.Hubspot does offer and we have the lookup contact integration you can use beforehand, it should be straightforward to set up to find a match, and then based on that set your conditions.
Yep, no problem. Here's a video https://www.loom.com/share/e8e02758ad7b44c38de1a90b60696a8a
As you can see, it should be very straightforward, you just need to provide an input to get an output. If no match is found then you can filter by those results too
