Issues with Ocean.io Find Company Lookalikes and Clay Credits

Hi guys. I tried to run a Find Company Lookalikes with Ocean.io but the result were 'Company Found' and blanks (and I was charged the Clay credits). Where did I go wrong?

    Marc M. when you click on "Company Found", what do you see?

    Hi! The same happend to me, same case. It said none of the companies were founded but I did the search in a few of the companies before to test and showed result. Also charged me cresdits. Is it possible to extract columns that I don’t want to run? Please advise on that! Thanks
