How to Find Email Addresses for Multiple People in a Company - Troubleshooting and Solutions
Hello, I have a list of people from a company. There are several companies with multiple people (5+) in them. All of them are my ICP. I want to find the email address of one person in a company. So here's what I did:
- 1.
Added them in a separate column containing all of their full names, separated with commas.
- 2.
Created a "find email waterfall."
- 3.
Added a conditional formula: "If the email is not found for the first full name in the comma-separated list from /full names, move onto the next full name in the list /Full Name"
However, I'm encountering two issues:
- 1.
I'm not sure if this process is working because I can't verify whether the system is actually checking for emails of the second, third, and subsequent individuals in the list.
- 2.
Hypothetically, if it works, how can I create a formula to capture the full name of the person whose email address is found?
Could you provide some guidance or suggestions on how to resolve these issues? Specifically, I need a way to confirm that the system is checking each individual's email in sequence and a method to automatically capture the full name of the person whose email address is found.
