The "can't reach this page" error you're seeing in Clay could be due to a browser-related issue rather than a general outage. To resolve this, try performing a hard refresh of your browser: ** On Mac: • For Chrome or Firefox, press Cmd + Shift + R • For Safari, press Cmd + Option + R ** On PC: • For Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge, press Ctrl + F5 This should clear your browser cache and refresh the view, which often resolves persistent error messages in Clay. Hey, There shouldn’t be any general issues right now. If you have multiple accounts and the one you’re trying to access isn’t that's possible that it's causing issues. We recommend sticking to a single active account to avoid this kind of issue.

Hi Oleh, thanks for your message - is this login issue resolved? We have not had separate reports of this, may be something related to your personal setup. You should be able to run a hard refresh and resolve this issue: Mac: ** Chrome and/or Firefox = Press Cmd + Shift + R ** Safari = Press Cmd + Option + R PC: * Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge = Press Ctrl + F5
