Picture URL hit rates can drop when the underlying data isn't refreshed frequently enough. Our "Enrich Person" feature relies on third-party data providers that may not have the most current profile information.
The data refreshes on a rolling basis with a full update cycle taking about 2-3 weeks, so if people have recently updated their profile pictures, it might not be reflected yet.
For the most up-to-date profile data including pictures, try using "Enrich Person from Profile" instead - this pulls information in real-time and should give you better hit rates for current profile pictures.

Hi Nathen, for the picture URL we pull the profile photo directly from LinkedIn. Just to double-check: have you noticed cases where Clay’s Picture URL field was empty even though the person did have a profile photo on LinkedIn?
