Troubleshooting Zenrows Socket Hang-Up Issue with API Keys

Socket hang up on Zenrows. Can’t run a singe cell. Tried both Clay key and my own.

    When experiencing issues with cells not running, try performing a hard refresh of your browser: ** On Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + R ** On Mac: Press Cmd + Shift + RIf you're still having issues, verify your Zenrows setup: 1. Make sure you've properly configured the Zenrows integration by clicking "Add enrichment" and selecting Zenrows under Integrations 2. Check that your input settings are correct: • Verify the Company URL field • Consider enabling JavaScript rendering for dynamic pages • Enable Premium Proxy and Anti-Bot features if scraping protected sitesIf the problem persists after trying these steps, you may need to request human support for further troubleshooting.     Hi Peter, thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, as you are using our own API key, I am not able to see what caused this issue. If I refunded you clay credits for it, would you be okay with running this using Clay's key instead and see if the issue persists?

    Hey there Peter thanks for reaching out, this an error that we recently seen appear, this is due to some connectivity issues with Zenrows.     Hey there Peter, when using Clay's API you will not be charged credits for any errors. However, have also gone and added Clay credits back to your account.

    No, I know. But if you compare the cost between using Clay Credits and zenrows directly, Clay is much more expensive. I’ll try what you sent and then I’ll get back to you with how much credits were drawn by doing the way you wrote earlier. Thanks for the help!

    hey LuisArturo, any progress fixing the connectivity issue with zenrows? I have a similar problem - loads of 'socket hang up' errors. I'm using my zenrows api key.
