Hi, my table is stuck. I was running the Claygent column "Job Title Classification fJTC3" then Stopped all automations and now I am stuck in limbo, half of that Claygent column is not done yet but I want it to start running again. I have tried refreshing the browser, I've waiting 30+ minutes. It's stuck. This has happened before. Table is here: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/214884/workbooks/wb_KVzjCeBY2y3q/tables/t_btmKyryss4tA/views/gv_6Po8r475Yyhn
To resolve your stuck table issue and restart the "Job Title Classification fJTC3" Claygent column, try these steps: 1. Perform a hard refresh: • Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R • Mac: Cmd + Shift + R 2. If the issue persists, check the column dependencies: • Ensure the "Job Title Classification fJTC3" column doesn't depend on other columns. • If it does, remove its run condition and set it to run only when the required data is present. 3. For the Claygent column: • Verify your input data format is correct. • Double-check the prompt and parameters before running the task. If these steps don't work, you may need to request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person" for further troubleshooting.
Note - if I individually select cells I can run them. It's strange.
...and if i go 'Home' I can see the table is still running, but when I go to the Table none of the columns are running. Quite confusing and frustrating - it's holding up a big project.
I figured out a workaround. I'm basically talking to myself at this point.
Hey Duncan
Sorry for the issue. When you stop a run, you can restart it by clicking on the column header, then selecting "Run Columns" or "Run Columns that have errors or that didn't run." This will re-trigger all the unfinished operations. If that doesn't work you could also try to force run all rows. Let me know! Sorry for the delay ! :)
I have tried all of those things many times. In the end I just gave up on that column, duplicated it and filtered to where the problem column has no results, then ran the 2nd column.
Hey Duncan, we appreciate your patience here. I'm looking into this now.
?
The train has left the station. I figured it out and delivered it to the client. Are you guys overwhelmed on Support or what's the reason it's so slow?
Hey Duncan, I’m glad you were able to get it resolved! Yeah, we’re experiencing the highest ticket volume we’ve ever seen and with hiring moving slower than anticipated, our team is doing our best to keep up! Seriously appreciate your patience with us. 🙏
