Issues with MillionVerifier API: IP Address Blocked Despite Whitelisting

Getting "IP address blocked" on every MillionVerifier API call. I've whitelisted my IP and Clay's IP. Still getting the same message.

It's a templated API call that I've used millions of times, it's definitely correct

API key is in the templated URL, which again I've used millions of times before - https://api.millionverifier.com/api/v3/?api={API_KEY}&email={EMAIL}&timeout=60
