Using Clay to Identify Recent Mergers and Acquisitions
anybody know of a good source or how you can use clay to find companies that recently merged or got accquired?

Tanvi R.··Hey Harvey, you can actually use Owler's "Enrich Company" integration to check the funding status of a company and see if they were recently merged or acquired. If a company was acquired, it will return this information in the Acquisition field, but if not you can check the latest status. Please note this enrichment is 10 Clay credits/row so it is one of more expensive providers! Let us know if this answers your question and if you need further assistance!

Hi Harvey, to add what Tanvi said: You can also keep up with news on mergers or companies that have been acquired by using RSS feeds or news APIs or using a Google search. On another note, if you're looking to gather information on a list of companies, Zenrows can help you extract data from Crunchbase and similar websites. Hope this helps!
