Clarification Needed on Email Waterfall Enrichments Charging Credits
Are there enrichments within the email waterfall that charge credits regardless of whether it returns any data?

As per this chat discussion with one of our clients - Clay seems to be saying that the ContactOut enrichment will charge regardless of whether it found anything or not. We tested it and did not find that to be true.
- 2.
It also seems like Clay is saying that ALL such enrichments do the same.
Can someone from the team clarify?
