Issues with Write to Table Functionality in Workbook

I am experiencing issues with the "Write to table" functionality. I made a workbook that includes multiple tables, but the Write to table column can't find the tables to write to, saying the Table ID does not exist (see image). This is the workbook:

I tried making a fresh column multiple times, refreshed my API key, dedupe is now on and checked the column names.
