I am using Zapier via webhook to send data into a Clay table. I am getting successes from Zapier but nothing is popping up in the table, can you take a look on your end to see if you can see the data coming in?

Hey Ryan! We may need to take a look at the whole setup to determine what the issue may be. Could you DM me a loom or screenshots of your current Zapier setup and triggers? I'll send it over to someone familiar troubleshooting these

we are just sending a Post to the webhook URL in that base, i am doing it the same exact way in other zap’s and it seems to be working. it also worked last week when i was testing it but over the weekend it seemed to stop

Hmm, okay, that's odd if it just stopped working. If you run a test, does it push it through? Not sure if we can check any requests in the backend, Maggie W., is that possible?

when i force the webhook to run in zapier i get a success in zapier but it never shows up in clay

it seems like this is an issue with all of our integrations that are using the webhooks so this is a pretty big blocker for us right now.

we were planning on rolling out a process company wide on 12/4 that is super mission critical that uses the webhooks so if there is any chance we can figure out the issue here that would be great

i think i may have figured it out, i just tried to create a new table to test the webhook from scratch and got this error.

It was related to the record issue, but we also didn't have logging for what it actually was on our side, so I added that 🙂
