Here's how to quickly find companies matching your criteria: 1. Use our Find Companies feature to start building your list by filtering for: • Location: North America • Company size: 1-200 employees • Industry: Tech-related industries 2. You can further refine your search by: • Adding specific company types • Including or excluding certain industries • Using description keywords relevant to tech companies 3. To specifically find companies that are hiring, you can use our job openings feature to identify companies with active tech role postings. For best results, start with a focused list of 1,000-3,000 companies that match these criteria - this will give you enough data to test and refine your targeting.

Hi Ilya, 1. Create a find company table of all the companies that match your table, use the find jobs search (free - Create a new table > find jobs > select companies found previously) or 2. Search directly for tech job titles and then look at the companies posting those jobs if they match your criteria (by enriching them). For example, search for "Software Engineer" job postings, and Clay will show you the companies that are currently hiring for those positions. Then you can enrich the company to find which companies (sized 1-200 employees) are behind those postings, rather than starting with a company list and then trying to figure out who's hiring. Let me know if you need any other help getting started with Clay!
