Filtering Red Boxes and Orange Triangles in List Enrichment

·

When I enrich a list, sometimes I get these red square boxes and orange triangles, is there a way I can filter them, and what is its significance?

The red square boxes and orange triangles you're seeing when enriching a list are likely warning signs indicating potential data inconsistencies. These symbols often appear when values are copy-pasted into cells rather than being generated by the system. To filter or address these issues: 1. Download your table as a CSV file. 2. Re-upload the CSV instead of copy-pasting data. 3. This approach can help avoid errors that arise from uploading old exports, as many enrichments may not have actual inputs. While these symbols aren't critical issues, they serve as warnings to address potential data inconsistencies. Addressing them can improve your data quality and consistency. What specific data are you trying to enrich, and what's your current process for importing this data into Clay?

Hey! I'd recommend to hover over those symbols to see what they mean - red boxes show errors and orange triangles indicate stale data. Here's a video showing what stale data looks like. You can also double click on those rows to see why. Yes you can use table filters to find rows with errors or stale data. Happy to check in your table if you'd like just send me the URL !
