Hey Claire 👋, Thanks for reaching out! Just to clarify, this isn’t a bug—it’s happening because the emails you’re working with are essentially just translations of the User ID. So, if you want to distribute it to someone, you’ll need to use the ID of the contact, not the actual email address. To fix this, here’s what you can do: 1. Extract the User ID: Create a new table where you can store the actual User IDs. 2. Run a Lookup: Set up a lookup process that references this new table whenever you need to attribute emails. This way, you’ll always be pulling the correct User ID instead of the email. Also, good news—in a few weeks, we’ll be rolling out a “Find User” feature. With this, you’ll be able to get the User ID directly by searching with their email address, making the process even easier! Hey Bo -- I'm a bit confused. The User ID - is the contact owner's user ID - not sure why a contact would be created when the data came from a HubSpot formfill (therefore a contact already exists) My goal was to reassign the Contact owner on HubSpot
