How to Pull Company Size Column from One Table to Another

Hi team, I have a question. I havbe two tables. I need to pull one of the columns, specifically company size from one table to the other so I can exclude leads that aren't in the range of what I am looking for in ideal leads. WE have the data, but we can't determine how to pull that data over to the other table. Can anyone offer any pointers?
