How come I find less results in Clay “Find companies using LinkedIn” than when I do the same search in LinkedIn? LinkedIn is giving me 619 results, Clay is giving me 352. The only filter is “Fractional COO” which I put in the search bar of LinkedIn, and in the “Include description keywords” in Clay.

Hey hey! Can you drop the URL for your table here? (if applicable) 🫶 Don't worry, only admins will be able to open your table 😉

Hey Kelby, thanks for reaching out and the feedback! So, this is likely because our linkedin integration doesn't use your active session or cookies to pull data from the site, which is why it could miss a few records here and there. Also, LI does have more of a "fuzzy" search functionality but ours looks for records that contain the keywords you provide it and will not find those that don't have them.

Of course, you can always use a scraping tool like Phantombuster (sometimes our extension works on the site) to collect that extensive list and import it into Clay for further enrichment. Let me know if you have additional questions!
