Is there a way to narrow down the imported Companies (filter), so that Clay only pulls in the Companies with a certain set of criteria?

    Ideally, I'd be able to see sample parameters from within HubSpot, and narrow the returned rows by telling Clay something like this: Only bring back companies where: Shirt size = XL State = Minnesota Favorite Ice Cream = Chocolate Chip Revenue >= $1

    I have way too many companies in HubSpot to fit them all on one Clay table, and need to narrow them down, so want to see if there's an option to do it within Clay (rather than making a list in HubSpot).

    Ahh, I see! Not sure if HubSpot offers those filters via their import API but the lists. Do you happen to know if that would be possible, Keethu R., to add more filter options to pull from HS? For now, I do think the best bet is to use lists and import only those.

    Hi Mat, just checked and the API doesn't allow for that kind of filtering, unfortunately, so I think Arturo's suggestion is the best route forward here

    Looks like you can't import from a list in HubSpot either tho, Keethu R..
