Account Credits Increase by 2000 on Dec 19 - No Reset

No rush on response pretty sure i know answer but wanna make sure - do the credits in this account increase by 2000 on dec 19 right. no "reset" like it says

    yo yesterday i thought this would have gone to 5400 but it stayed at 3400, any reason? (my client has the paid plan of 2k for $147/m plan)

    Sorry gave you the wrong answer before. I thought you were downgrading (in which case credits would stack). Normal plan credits reset every month, they don’t roll over
