Got it, thanks for clarifying Rees! I see the first 50 rows have a lot of job titles with the "Clinic Operations" and "Quality Improvement" keywords in your search. I took a look at your find people search filters and see you have job title levels applied as well. This is likely why you are seeing results such as "Chief Medical Officer." However, I see a few results for job titles such as "Health Scientist" that are appearing that were not included in your Job Title Keywords. I'll ask our engineering team why these results could be appearing, but if there are any other job titles you have questions about as well please let me know and I'll flag this to our team accordingly.
