We are working on getting Clay implemented for inbound and outbound orchestration and enrichment. Our legal team requires a DPA. Is it accurate that a DPA will only be signed if we sign up for 1 year?
I understand your concern about the DPA. I’ll connect you with a human agent who can provide detailed information on this.
Our support team has got your message and we'll get back to you soon! We're currently outside of our standard office hours (9 AM to 9 PM EST, Monday through Friday), so it may take a little longer for us to respond.

Hi Christina - thanks so much for reaching out.
At the moment, our DPA and Standard Contractual Clauses aren’t publicly posted, as they’re provided depending on plan and contract type.
For non-Enterprise customers, a signed DPA is available with an Annual Pro plan that includes a minimum $10,000 annual commitment. In those cases, the DPA is provided in standard form and isn’t open for redlines. If you’re currently on a monthly plan, you would need to upgrade to an annual plan in order to move forward.
For Enterprise customers, the DPA is included as part of the agreement. Enterprise plans are annual and require either a $10k minimum contract or 50k+ credits. Enterprise customers may also request redlines or custom terms as needed.
I hope this helps provide a bit more clarity, and please let me know if you have any questions.

Hi, thanks for the details here. We are looking to scale greatly over the next few months with Clay. However, our security team and legal team is requiring we approach this month by month for the next few months, with a signed DPA. Is there any way for an exception to be approved?
Hey,
A signed DPA is only available on the Enterprise plan. That’s the only plan where we can support DPAs and legal review requirements like this.
We’re not able to make exceptions on month-to-month plans outside of Enterprise. If your security and legal teams require a DPA to move forward, Enterprise would be the right path, even if you’re planning to scale gradually over the next few months.
Let me know if you have more questions.
