Hi there! I'm new to Clay and am managing our Salesforce instance. Does anyone have experience in setting up an enrichment flow of contacts and accounts with Salesforce or HubSpot? I'd like an enrichment to occur on 1. The existing data that's missing certain field values and then 2. anything that's a net new record, do a quick review for missing data of those records. Any guidance will be much appreciated!!
Here's how you can set up an enrichment flow for your CRM data:1. For Existing Records with Missing Data: ā¢ Create a custom property called "Last Enrichment Date" in your CRM ā¢ Set up a dynamic list to identify contacts whose information needs refreshing (e.g., records that haven't been enriched in the last 30 days) 2. For the Enrichment Process: ā¢ Pull existing social information and base-level data from your CRM ā¢ Use Clay's enrichment tools to find updated details ā¢ Use AI search for finding missing LinkedIn profiles ā¢ Compile and update the records with new information 3. For New Records: ā¢ Set up auto-update in Clay to automatically enrich new rows in your table ā¢ Use conditional runs with formulas to trigger enrichment only under specific conditions ā¢ Configure which fields you want to map between Clay and your CRMPro tip: To avoid unnecessary credit spend, use conditional runs to qualify leads early, and be mindful of duplicate records. Remember to combine multiple data sources and continuously update your data to maintain accuracy.
