Improving Search Filters for Importing Relevant POCs

·

I've a question: While importing ' find people from companies' search, if we put limit of 2-3 then sometimes it also pulls irrelevant people instead of people which may be a best fit. Is there any way we can only import two best POCs per company?

Currently, there isn't a direct way to automatically import only the two best POCs per company. However, you can use a combination of strategies to refine your search: 1. Use specific filters: Adjust your search parameters to target the most relevant people. 2. Preview and refine: Before importing, preview your results and iterate on your filters until you're satisfied. 3. Set a limit: Use the "Limit" parameter to restrict the number of results per company. 4. Manual selection: After importing, you can manually review and keep only the best POCs. 5. Use the "write to table" feature: You could create a separate table for your top POCs and use this feature to add selected contacts. Remember, you can always edit your search parameters after importing to refine your results further.

Hey, The best way to pull only the most relevant POCs per company is to first import all results into a table, then filter or rank them using one of these methods: 1. Formula-based filtering: Use a lookup on the domain to group people from the same company. Then create a formula to check if their title matches what you’re looking for. For example, match roles like “CEO” or “Head of Sales” directly. 2. AI column: This gives you more flexibility—AI can interpret variations in job titles better than strict formulas (e.g., it’ll recognize “Chief Executive Officer” as the same as “CEO”). 3. Score column: You can assign weights to preferred job titles, seniority, location, etc., and then sort by score to keep only the top 2 per company. Let me know if you’d like help setting up any of these!
