Clay Role Headcount vs. Sales Nav Search Discrepancy: Why Such a Difference?

Could someone help me understand why there is such a big discrepancy between Clay’s Role Headcount enrichment and running a manual search in Sales Nav? Wayfair for example: Clay = 0 Sales Nav = 647

Hi Dorothy, this is likely because our LinkedIn integrations don't use your active session or cookies to find data on LinkedIn.The tradeoff is that it could miss some information here and there, especially if there are privacy restrictions in their profiles, meaning that you need to be logged into an account to see all the data, that could be a limitation set by LinkedIn or the person themselves.We're continuously working on these tools to improve coverage though!

So none of the LinkedIn enrichments use our sessions/cookies/accounts? Meaning, if I log out of LinkedIn from the browser, Clay will continue to work the same way for LinkedIn?

Correct, to access LI using your session you can use tools like phantombuster, this will give you more results but also will risk your account
