Try refreshing your browser using Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R to resolve formula errors.
If the error persists, it may be due to your formula assuming there would be a response for every row. Add conditional logic like "if {{response}} exists..." so the formula only runs when data is present.
You can also clear your browser cache and refresh the view to resolve persistent error messages.

It seems the wording of remove emojis causing the problem for some of the rows. I changed the wording in the formula and duplicated the Last Name and Full Name columns to reflect the change it works as expected now.
