Hello! So I'm trying the influencer Claybook, but it says it can only find one or two posts for the people it can find posts for. However, I know there are many more posts for some people with the keyword I used. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Thanks in advance!
👋 Hey there! Our support team has got your message - we'll be back in touch within 24 hours (often sooner!). If you haven't already, please include the URL of your table in this thread so that we can help you as quickly as possible!
Hey, great job getting started with the influencer Claybook! 😊 It sounds like you’re experiencing an issue where not all posts for certain people are being found, even though you know more should exist. There are a few reasons this might happen: 1. Data Privacy or Availability: Some posts might not be included due to privacy restrictions, or they may not be indexed yet by our data provider. 2. Keyword Use: If the keyword you’re using is very specific, it could limit the number of results. You might want to try broader or alternative keywords to capture more posts. To help you find more relevant posts: • Try different keywords: Experiment with slightly different words or phrases to expand your search. • Check for updates: Sometimes the data isn’t fully updated in real-time. If you’re searching for very recent posts, there could be a delay. You can also explore using Claygent to find other types of content, like their most recent podcast appearance. I've added it in your table and I usedthis to create the prompt Let me know how that works for you! 😊
Hi! Thanks for the reply 🙂 I don't think the keyword is the problem. Without the keyword the template only said there were 9 posts, even though I don't have a date range set... Makes me wonder why some posts wouldn't have the privacy issue and others do. In this explanation I'm only looking at one person's profile. I also checked their profile to see how many posts there are with the keyword which were in the 20s.
Hey there - just wanted to check in here to see if you needed anything else! Feel free to reply back here if you do.
Yep, I understand your point. Here’s a clearer explanation: Each data provider uses different techniques to gather information from open profiles, and sometimes they might miss certain data, show outdated info, or there could be other issues. This is why results can vary, and it helps as a safe alternative without putting your LinkedIn account at risk. If you want the most accurate, real-time data, you can use APIFY to connect your session cookies and pull data directly from the source. Just be cautious, as this method may violate platform terms of service and carry some risk to your account. You can create an account with them, connect your linkedin and then use it from the enrichment pannel or as a source when starting a new table. This should bring you the live data but at your own risk Let me know if you need more help! 😊
We haven't heard back from you in a bit, so we're going to go ahead and close things out here - feel free to let us know if you still need something!
