Using Claygent: Do We Need Clay Credits or Is There an API Option?
Do we have to use Clay credits when using Claygent? Or is there an API where we can save Clay credits and get billed for API usage?
Hey there Doug thanks for reaching out, there is an option with OpenAI and a number of other integrations where you can connect the API key of that platform with Clay and use the "Credits" with that direct provider instead of Clay credits like you mentioned. We now require 30,000 TPM (tokens per minute) for ChatGPT columns and 450,000 TPM for Claygent. If you’re trying to use Claygent with a model lower than Tier 2, it won’t work. However, ChatGPT will still work fine in these cases.
