I've had clay running all night and the openAI fields are not processing. Prior to letting in run all night i was running it for a few hours while on the computer... any idea why this could be? I have sufficient credits in my openai account

We had several threads open and were not getting sorted properly in our tracking tool. I see them loading and some retrying, this may be related to rate limits specific to your API keyYou can check your chatGPT usage or limits in these links (they're usually fast at helping you out if you need to increase them) - https://platform.openai.com/account/usage or https://platform.openai.com/account/limits Also, check if your API key/service has a monthly limit, meaning that if you run out of credits it stops working until you refill credits.

I'm on Tier 3. which has 300k TPM and 5k RPM. I think for the task at hand, that should me plenty plenty to do it in a reasonable amount of time
what else could it be? It's been over 24 hours and I'm getting nowhere with it... any ideas?
also, I have plenty of credits in the account and sufficient monthly limit available.
Thank you. It's a decent amount of records but nothing crazy. it's like 7000 and it's been going for over 24 hours. Huge deadline coming up and need to whatever possible to get this going

Honestly, I haven't seen that before for that tier, but TPD is a thing at the lower tiers so it makes sense. Its just weird that their documentation doesn't show that, could be some miscommunication error on that part
