Why does the lookup enrichment say no options found? How do i solve this?
When a lookup enrichment shows "Nothing Found," this means no matching records were found based on your lookup criteria.To resolve this, you should: 1. Verify that your lookup field values exactly match the data in your source 2. Check that the data exists in your source system 3. Ensure your lookup criteria isn't too restrictive 4.
