Troubleshooting Email Bounce Webhook Errors: Insights Needed

Hi Team, Any one could provide me insights or assistance as I find that we don't get webhook triggers for email bounce. The below is the webhook response which I get. Can someone provide insights on what this error is. { "EMAIL_SENT": { "time": "2024-11-13T12:16:07+00:00", "status": 403, "isSuccess": false, "statusText": "Forbidden", "webhookResponse": { "type": "Forbidden", "details": null, "message": "Record limit reached for webhook" } } }

    This webhook got old and tired of receiving the data now needs a vacation. Create a new webhook

    Hey Vijay, thanks for reaching out! It appears that the error message "Record limit reached for webhook" indicates that the webhook table has exceeded the maximum number of records it can handle, which is 50,000 rows. Once this limit is reached, the webhook will return a 403 HTTP status code, signifying that no additional data can be pushed through this webhook. To resolve this issue, you need to create a new webhook table to receive addittional, as deleting records will not reset the count for the existing webhook.
