Finding the Best Tools for Contact Enrichment at Companies

    To find people at selected companies, our Find People feature is the best enrichment method. Here's how to improve your search: 1. Start with a list of company names or domains in a Clay table. 2. Use the Find People Search tool, setting specific parameters like job title, experience, and location. 3. In the Companies section, choose your list of companies from the Clay Table. 4. Enable the "Include Past Experiences" toggle to search historical work data, expanding your results. 5. Set appropriate record limits to manage credit usage while maximizing results. 6. After running the search, review and adjust filters as needed to improve quality and quantity of results. 7. Consider using the waterfall enrichment process to find additional contact information like emails and phone numbers. By following these steps, you should be able to retrieve more contacts from your selected companies.

    I want if possible to do the enrichment into the same table and then if contacts are found to write each to another table, however this way I will see which companies contacts have the enrichment found.

    To enrich your data and track which companies have contacts found, you can use the following approach: 1. Use the Find Contacts search option in the enrichment tab. 2. Select the option to save the results into the company table. This will enrich your existing table with contact information. 3. Set a limit for the number of contacts per company (e.g., 1 result for each company). 4. To write the found contacts to another table, use our "write to table" feature. Here's how: • Ensure your Clay API key is linked correctly. • Set up the "write to table" enrichment column by clicking on Add Column > Add Enrichment > Search and select "write to table". This method allows you to enrich your company table while also creating a separate table for contacts, helping you track which companies have contacts found.
