Urgent Support Needed: Unanswered Queries from Clay Account

hi Mark L. Bo (. Clay S. team i have sent countless messages for a simple query over chat support from my clay account and have been chasing you guys for a solution..but not a single response over 2 days and not even an acknowledgement..this is not the kind of support i expect from a company like clay. Appreciate if someone from the support team can look into this on urgent basis. my clay account is under the mail id varun@atozwmc.com
