Issues with OpenAI Account Upgrade for Clay API Access

Hey everyone, not sure if this is as relevant here but thought someone could possibly help with this. I’ve filled up my openai account with $100 and its been more than 7 days since I did that and I still didn’t get the tier upgrade so I can use the API within Clay. Does anyone know how to fix this? I tried to contact openai support but I didn’t hear back from them

Hey there Abdallah thanks for reaching out, just to clarify here are you having issues connecting the API key to Clay? Checked your account and see that you are on a free plan, in order to connect your own API keys you need to be on at least the Starter plan. https://www.clay.com/pricing
