Troubleshooting OpenAI API Web Research Error Messages

Hi Team, we work with our own OpenAI API and in many cases Web Research returns "Error" with no details. Any ideas what could it be and how to find more details?

    The "Error" you're seeing with Web Research when using your own OpenAI API might be due to insufficient API access or usage limits. To resolve this: 1. Check your OpenAI API key: Ensure it's correct and up-to-date in Clay. 2. Verify your usage tier: For reliable use of OpenAI in Clay, you need 450,000 tokens per minute (TPM) for Claygent. Free plans or tier 1 won't support this. 3. Upgrade if necessary: You may need to upgrade to tier 2 or higher. Check your usage and limits at OpenAI's platform. 4. Verify account setup: Ensure you've completed the necessary account setup and payment verification with OpenAI.
