Finding People from New Companies Without Duplicates: Spreadsheet Tips

How do you find people from a certain section of the spreadsheet? Without getting duplicates. I have one spreadsheet for a list of companies and another for people within those companies, but I found more companies and now I would like to find people from those new companies though I don't want to redo all my work and spend more credits on people I already have.
