Trouble using Exclude People function when the referenced table doesn't show up.

Hey - when I try to use the new Exclude people function, the table I want to reference doesn't show up. I've tried refreshing etc.

Question for clarification, is the option to use the "Exclude function" greyed out for you or are you able use it but no tables show up.
