Hey, is there a way to find and analyze recently closed job postings inside Clay? or even outside (any flows you recommend) I know how to find open roles, but recently closed ones would be 100 x more valuable
๐ค You've caught us outside of our support hours (9am-9pm EST), but don't worry - we'll be back in touch within 24 hours (often sooner!). If you haven't already, please include the URL of your table in the thread below so that we can help you as quickly as possible!
Hi Ali, thanks for reaching out! If a job marketplace removes a post once a position is filled, tracking recently closed job postings could be a bit challenging. However, when you mention recently closed postings, are you hoping to identify people who were recently hired? We do have a signal that allows you to monitor a list of companies for new hires. This feature tracks new hires who joined within the last 3 months, and any recent hires will be added when the signal is first set up. Would this be something you're interested in exploring? Let me know if you have any questions! :)
Thanks for the heads up. I was hoping to get the job descriptions of recently closed roles so I could quote it back to the new hire and give some project ideas to help accomplish their new role/responsibilities
So a view of their job description (closed) would have been helpful. I'll definitely use the recently hired in the future. thanks!
That's a really interesting use case! You might be able to achieve similar results by using Claygent to research their generalized job description and then combining that with information about the company's product, strategy, and culture. This approach could help generate potential project ideas! Let me know if you have any other questions. Cheers! :)
We haven't heard back from you in a bit, so we're going to go ahead and close things out here - feel free to let us know if you still need something!
